A320 Captain – London Gatwick
easyJet is seeking experienced A320-rated Captains for permanent, full-time positions based at London Gatwick. This role involves operating short-haul passenger flights, contributing to the airline’s mission of making low-cost travel accessible and becoming Europe's most loved airline.
About the Role
As an A320 Captain, you will command flights from the left-hand seat, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of passengers and crew. This position requires decisive leadership, the establishment of high operational standards, and an unwavering commitment to safety in all aspects of flight operations.
Requirements

Valid A320 Type Rating at the time of joining easyJet.

A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.

A minimum of 500 hours on the A320 family of aircraft.

A minimum of 500 total Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on jet aircraft over 30 Tonnes Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) by the easyJet induction date.

A UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) at the point of easyJet induction.

A valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical certificate.

Minimum ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency.

The legal right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access to operate across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
Flight Experience

Minimum total flight time: 4,000 hours.

Minimum PIC time: 500 hours.

Minimum jet aircraft time: 500 hours.
