This role involves operating the SAS Connect Airbus A320neo fleet and offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with a fixed roster pattern providing excellent work-life balance.

About the Role

SAS is expanding its Airbus operations and is actively recruiting Captains to join its team at London Heathrow. The position provides a consistent 5 days on / 4 days off working pattern, coupled with valuable opportunities for career progression within the airline, including potential training roles.

• Base: London Heathrow
• Aircraft Operation: Airbus A320neo
• Contract Types: Full-time and part-time available
• Roster Pattern: Fixed 5 days on / 4 days off
• Annual Leave: 28 days

Requirements

• Minimum 4,000 hours total flying time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on CS-25 aircraft exceeding 30 tonnes Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW).
• Valid A320 type rating preferred.
• No recorded accidents or incidents.

Qualifications

• EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
• Right to live and work in the UK preferred.

SAS may offer licence conversion from a UK licence to an EASA licence for successful candidates, and UK visa sponsorship may be available.
