About the Role

Requirements

Current A320 type rating
-
Minimum of 500 hours on type (excluding simulator time)

A320 family of aircraft experience within the last 12 months

Current UK issued CAA Flight Crew Licence: ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL

Valid UK Class 1 medical certificate with at least 6 months remaining validity

Height between 1.57m (5'2") and 1.91m (6'3") (applications from taller individuals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis)

Good physical fitness

Spoken and written English ICAO Level 6

Valid passport with a minimum of 12 months before expiry

Ability to comply with British Airways' uniform standards (tattoos on hands, face, or head are not permitted)

Proficiency in swimming 50m, treading water for 3 minutes, and the ability to assist others in water, including fitting a lifejacket and self-rescue from water into a life raft.
