Jet2.com is inviting applications for its 2027 pilot talent pool, offering future permanent opportunities as First Officers and Captains on A320 and B737 aircraft across various UK bases. This programme is designed for non-type-rated pilots seeking to join the airline.

About the Role

This role involves contributing to Jet2.com's flight operations as a pilot. Successful candidates will be entered into a talent pool with potential future permanent positions on A320 and B737 fleets. Opportunities will be available across multiple UK bases, with specific joining dates not guaranteed upon entry into the talent pool.

Requirements

• Captain: 3,000 hours total flight time, including 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on medium-to-heavy commercial multi-crew, multi-engine jets.
• Senior First Officer: 2,000 factorised hours, with a minimum of 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine jets or turboprops exceeding 10 tonnes. A frozen or unfrozen ATPL is required.
• First Officer: 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine jets or turboprops exceeding 10 tonnes. A frozen or unfrozen ATPL is required.
• Second Officer: 100 hours on multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft. A frozen ATPL or MPL is required.

Qualifications

• A valid UK-issued pilot licence.
• A current Class 1 medical certificate.
• English language proficiency at Level 5 or higher.
