Boeing Defence Australia seeks a highly skilled CH-47F Qualified Flight Instructor (QFI) for a permanent position in Townsville, commencing January 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the training of Army Aviation personnel within the Chinook Wing of the School of Army Aviation, as part of the CISS contract.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive CH-47F instruction, encompassing airborne, synthetic, and ground training. Additional duties include general CH-47F flying operations, associated administrative tasks, maintenance of flight currency and qualifications as mandated by Army Aviation Command, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and actively contributing to team performance improvements.
Specific physical requirements will be detailed by the recruitment manager in consultation with the Environment, Health & Safety Department. A formal assessment will be conducted for this role.
