Avionics Technical Instructor - Royal Australian Air Force Base Amberley

This role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the next generation of avionics professionals while supporting the Royal Australian Air Force's fleet of C-27J Spartan Airlifter aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive C27J training courses to internal and external customers, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and contractual standards.
- Develop and maintain dynamic and engaging course materials, continuously adapting to evolving industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and manage results effectively through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain meticulous training records and actively seek opportunities to enhance training content and methodologies.
- Inspire and motivate students and fellow instructors by consistently exemplifying professionalism and dedication.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative training environment, fostering a shared commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).
- Prior experience in a similar instructional role is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong commitment to professional development and a passion for aviation are highly valued.
- Demonstrate strong creative thinking skills and the ability to introduce innovative training approaches.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and approachable environment for all trainees.
