Cabin Crew Opportunities at Blue Islands

Blue Islands is seeking dedicated Cabin Crew members to join its dynamic team. These full or part-time positions play a vital role in maintaining connectivity to and from the Channel Islands, ensuring the socio-economic well-being of the community. Operating from bases in Jersey and Guernsey, the Cabin Crew delivers exceptional customer service and upholds the highest safety standards across approximately 900 monthly flights within the Channel Islands, UK, and Europe, utilizing the ATR 72 fleet.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid UK, Republic of Ireland, or EU passport with granted UK (or UK Common Travel Area) settled status.
• Must be available to join the next initial training course.
• Must be 18 years or above (regulatory requirement).
• Must be able to swim.
• Must have a good standard of physical fitness.
• Must complete a Cabin Crew Medical Examination in accordance with UK CAA requirements.
• Must provide references to satisfy a 5-year background and criminal record check for airport security pass eligibility.
• Ideally possesses a minimum of twelve months of experience in a customer-facing role or a strong desire to excel in such a position.

Senior Cabin Crew positions are also available for candidates with at least 12 months of continuous flying experience within the past 36 months, ideally in a Senior Cabin Crew role.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates currently living outside of the Channel Islands. While accommodation is not provided, the airline offers a relocation assistance package (details to be discussed during the interview), help with finding suitable accommodation, and assistance with obtaining the required residency and employment licenses.
