Second-in-Command (SIC), Citation X (CE-750) - Home-Based

BellAir, a rapidly expanding Part 135 Charter Operator headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, is actively seeking highly qualified and motivated Second-in-Command (SIC) pilots to join its professional flight crew. The company anticipates future hiring needs for its Citation X (CE-750) fleet, presenting an exceptional opportunity for dedicated aviation professionals to contribute to a growing and dynamic operation.

Position Overview

The Second-in-Command (SIC) will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of the Citation X aircraft, providing essential support to the Captain in all phases of flight. Responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies, contributing to a professional flight deck environment, and maintaining proficiency in aircraft systems and emergency procedures.

This is a home-based position, requiring the pilot to reside within the domestic United States and within one hour of a major airport, facilitating efficient travel to assigned departure locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Type Rating: A CE-750 type rating is an absolute requirement. Applications submitted without this specific rating will not be processed.
• Certifications: Possess an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating, or a Commercial Pilot certificate with a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating.
• Medical: Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Travel Documents: Possess a valid passport for international travel.
• Legal Work Status: Must be a United States Citizen or hold a valid resident alien card with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Training Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to successfully complete company training programs and maintain a high level of proficiency in all job requirements.
• ICAO Eligibility: Must meet all International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) eligibility standards for international flight operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating under Part 135 regulations is preferred, but not mandatory.
