The Role: B737 NG Type Rating Instructor

BAA Training is looking for a proficient and experienced B737 Next Generation (NG) Type Rating Instructor. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role, responsible for delivering high-quality flight and simulator instruction. This position is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of pilot training for the B737 NG aircraft type, directly contributing to the development of competent and confident aviation professionals ready for operational demands.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates for this challenging and rewarding instructional role are expected to fulfill the following stringent criteria:

• A minimum of 500 hours of flight experience accumulated on the B737 NG type, specifically as a commercial pilot.
• Possession of a current and valid B737 NG Type Rating.
• Holds a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) complemented by Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
• Maintains a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, essential for operational fitness.
• Achieved ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates previous experience as a Type Rating Instructor (TKI) or an equivalent, recognized instructional role within the aviation sector.
