Requirements
Candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Flight Hours: 2000+ hours total flight time, with 500+ hours in multi-engine, multi-crew jet aircraft exceeding 20 tons MTOW; or alternatively, 1500+ hours total flight time, with 1000+ hours in multi-engine, multi-crew jet aircraft exceeding 20 tons MTOW. Furthermore, 400+ hours of civil aviation co-pilot experience are required. Five years of verifiable civil aviation employment history is necessary for non-bachelor degree holders; two years for bachelor degree holders or above.

- Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency or higher.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Annual Salary: Up to NT$2,460,000 or an alternative program with annual salary ranging from NT$2,724,000 to NT$2,760,000 (based on 75 flight hours), inclusive of bonuses and per diem.
- Time Off: 8 days off per month (non-commuting contracts), with additional days for commuting contracts. Annual leave starts at 22 days per year, increasing with seniority. 30 days of paid sick leave per year.
- Bonuses and Travel Benefits: A 13th-month bonus (based on average monthly salary) may be awarded. Privilege and concessional travel benefits are offered to the pilot and eligible dependents.
- Housing and Allowances: Company accommodation or a housing allowance is provided. Further allowances include per diem and an air cargo rebate.
