  • Play a critical role in supporting the pilot selection and hiring to attract and hire the best aviators in the industry.

What you’ll do

This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional functions that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Respond to electronic and phone pilot inquiries received– categorize and route questions appropriately.
  • Review pilot applications and documentation for accuracy and completion
  • Process and collect data to create reports and presentations.
  • Analyze pilot supply and demand trends, interviewing processes, and industry data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate remote and in-person administrative interviews for pilot candidates at industry events/conferences.
  • Travel to industry events, conferences, and school/educational fairs to represent the organization, network with industry professionals, and stay abreast of developments in the aviation sector.
  • Complete other related projects, as assigned.

All you’ll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 2 or more years of aviation work experience
  • Knowledge of professional pilot career paths

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to track and report data effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Self-starter contributing as an integral part of a tight-knit team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Must be able to travel and be away from home up to 25%
