Overview
The Captain/Co-pilot is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulation, as well as the Operational Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC. This role works as part of a customer service-oriented team in operating our company aircraft, providing a safe enjoyable flight experience and ensuring compliance with all airworthiness standards.
Responsibilities

Assist Chief Pilot with day to day flight activities

Perform cleaning duties associated with pre and post flight needs

Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times

Communicate clearly and effectively with company personnel, clients and all passengers

Ensure that the aircraft is cleaned, stocked and flight ready at all times

Assure necessary navigational charts and Flight Management computer data bases are current and flight ready

Assist with overseeing maintenance as needed when aircraft is undergoing maintenance

Assist in aircraft flight preparedness, pre and post flight

Conduct preflight planning for the purpose of each trip

Assist with US & Foreign Customs preparation when traveling outside of the US

Assist with passenger needs when the situation requires it

Load passenger luggage in aircraft according to manufactures weight and balance requirements

Assist with various administrative and departmental duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
-
Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable
-
Airline Transport Pilot
-
Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight experience, preferred
-
Minimum of 400 hours of multi-engine experience, preferred
-
Multi-Engine Turbine Experience (200 hours minimum)
-
LR-45 aircraft experience is a plus, but is not required
-
Current First Class Medical certification
-
FCC Radio Operators Permit
-
Maintain a current passport
-
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US

Understanding of current Federal Air Regulations for the US & Canada
-
Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred, but is not required
Skills and Abilities:

Communicate information accurately and timely, in both written and verbal form

Experience working in a multicrew environment, including coordination of crew members
-
Ability to coordinate passenger needs in order to maintain a high degree of customer service
Physical Requirements:

Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and occasional heavy lifting (90lbs)
