King Air 300 Pilot in Command (PIC) Position – Opa-locka, FL (KOPF)
Alerion Aviation is seeking highly motivated and experienced Pilots in Command to join our team based in Opa-locka, Florida. This is a full-time position operating under Part 91/135 regulations, conducting charter flights for discerning clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, providing first-class customer service in every aspect of the operation. A key component of this role involves mentoring and developing future company Captains.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Part 91/135 charter flights in accordance with company policy, FAA regulations, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring a superior passenger experience.
- Actively participate in the development and training of junior flight crew.
- Adhere to a flexible duty schedule, with a maximum two-hour radius from the airport during on-duty time. The typical schedule consists of 20 days on and 10 days off per month, with off-days subject to agreement with crew members.

Qualifications:
- King Air type rating. Simulator training within the last 24 months required.
- ATP certificate with a minimum of 2000 total flight hours.
- Minimum 1250 PIC hours.
- Minimum 500 multi-engine land hours.
- Minimum 250 PIC hours in type.
- Current First Class FAA medical certificate.
- Residence within a two-hour driving radius of Opa-locka Executive Airport (KOPF).
- Zero FAA violations within the past five years.
- Must meet Argus and Wyvern standards.
- Prior Part 135 experience is preferred.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
- Clearance of a 10-year background check and criminal history record check.
- Valid US passport with unrestricted international travel authorization.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
