Airshare, a prominent business aviation operator, is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for their managed Gulfstream G280 (G280) aircraft. This position, based out of the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) area in Virginia, offers a direct entry opportunity for an experienced aviator to join a growing private aviation team. The role involves providing safe and efficient transportation for owners and clients utilizing a modern fleet of managed aircraft.

About the Role

The Pilot in Command will be responsible for all aspects of flight operations for the Gulfstream G280. This includes ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service for the company's clientele. The position requires a strong understanding of corporate flying operations and a commitment to excellence within the business aviation sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 500 hours of Second in Command (SIC) time in jet aircraft.
• Recent corporate flying experience.
• Must reside within one hour of IAD.
• Current Gulfstream G280 (G280) type rating and proficiency are strongly preferred.
• Possession of a First Class Medical certificate.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license required.
• Current instrument flight time and night landing experience.
• Ability to pass an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications
