Air New England, a dynamic Part 135 charter operator based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Citation Mustang (C510) Pilot in Command (PIC). This role involves operating charter flights throughout the Northeast and beyond, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service aboard the C510 aircraft.
About the Role

Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for dual pilot operations in a Citation Mustang (C510).

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and ensure strict compliance with all FAA regulations and company procedures.

Operate safely and efficiently, demonstrating sound decision-making in a challenging Part 135 charter environment.

Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and clients.

Maintain accurate flight logs and submit required operational reports promptly.

Coordinate effectively with maintenance and scheduling personnel to ensure aircraft readiness and operational efficiency.

Represent Air New England with the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements

Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.

Minimum 350 hours multi-engine time.

Hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating.

Meet Part 135.243(c) Pilot in Command (PIC) aeronautical experience minimums.

Possess a current Part 135.293/297 or 61.56/instrument proficiency check completed within the last 6 months.

Maintain a current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Hold a current U.S. Passport with unrestricted international travel capabilities.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of IFR operations, particularly within the challenging Northeast and New England weather patterns.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as operational demands require.

Must reside within one hour's driving distance of Portsmouth International Airport at Pease (KPSM).
Qualifications

Applicants with 500 hours multi-engine time are highly preferred (strict requirement).

Possession of significant multi-engine turbine flight time is a strong asset.

Prior experience as a Part 135 Pilot in Command (PIC).
