Air New England, a Part 135 charter operator based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time pilot for the position of Pilot. This role involves flying a Citation Mustang in various charter operations throughout the Northeast and beyond, serving as Pilot in Command (PIC).
About the Role

Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) in a Citation Mustang dual-pilot environment.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and ensure strict adherence to all regulations and company procedures.

Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently, including in a single-pilot environment.

Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and clients.

Maintain accurate flight logs and submit all required reports promptly.

Coordinate effectively with maintenance and scheduling personnel to ensure flight readiness and operational efficiency.

Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 350 hours of multi-engine flight time.

Possess an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating.

Meet Part 135.243(c) PIC minimums.

Completed a 135.293/297 or 61.56/instrument proficiency check within the last six months.

Hold a current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Must possess a current U.S. Passport with unrestricted travel capabilities.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of IFR operations, particularly concerning Northeast and New England weather patterns.

Exhibit excellent communication, decision-making, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Residency within a one-hour driving distance of KPSM airport is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications

2,000 hours of total flight time.

500 hours of multi-engine flight time (a strict requirement).

Significant multi-engine turbine time is advantageous.

Previous Part 135 PIC experience.
