This role is responsible for fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment among cabin crew members, ensuring a highly motivated team that consistently delivers exceptional service and adheres to the highest safety standards. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between cabin crew and management, advocating for the team’s needs and concerns while aligning operational objectives with crew well-being and engagement. This position also involves overseeing the development of strategies to enhance team member engagement, including initiatives focused on retention, recognition, diversity, and wellness, as well as providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
Crew Engagement Coordination and Managing with Base Team:
This individual will develop and implement tailored initiatives designed to boost crew morale and teamwork, incorporating feedback from crew surveys and performance reviews. They will also manage collaboration with various teams to ensure crew engagement strategies are integrated with overall company goals and plans. This includes managing base transfer requests in line with operational requirements, as well as overseeing crew wellbeing processes, providing necessary support.
Communication, Facilitation, and Transparency Oversight:
The incumbent will conduct regular forums and focus groups, encouraging open communication among cabin crew, to promote a culture of trust and inclusivity, ensuring crew members are fully informed about relevant policies and procedures.
Administrative Management:
The individual will manage collaborative efforts with stakeholders to support all crew engagement activities and provide assistance to the base team. They will also collaborate with HR, Planning, and administrative teams to ensure timely information dissemination and adherence to all processes and targets. This position will also oversee the automation of relevant processes.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on specific projects or regular requirements, to be documented in primary responsibilities and agreed upon with the reporting officer and HR.

Other Operations Sub-Department: Collaborate on crew engagement initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of activities.

Cabin Crew Members: Act as the primary point of contact for cabin crew, addressing concerns, providing support, and facilitating effective communication.
