About the Role
The Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) assumes a pivotal leadership position within cabin operations. This role is responsible for ensuring comprehensive safety compliance, delivering exceptional service standards, and maintaining effective coordination with the flight deck crew. This key position is ideally suited for individuals who exemplify leadership and excel within high-performance aviation environments.
Location: Delhi, India
Work Pattern: 6/4 Roster
Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term (Commencing September 2025)
Candidate Requirements
- Holds a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation or possesses the ability to successfully complete all necessary training for certification.
- Possesses a minimum of one year of recent flying experience acquired within the last five years.
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining a valid EASA Medical Certificate.
- Meets height requirements of 160–190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Must be in good physical health, possess clear eyesight, and be able to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening.
- Holds an unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within India and internationally.
- Able to report to the airport within 120 minutes of a call-out.
- Possesses no criminal record and must successfully pass a comprehensive five-year background check.
- Holds a minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Committed to upholding the airline's strict uniform and grooming standards at all times.

- Conducts thorough pre-flight briefings and efficiently manages in-flight operations and essential documentation.
- Mentors and provides comprehensive support to cabin crew members to ensure the consistent maintenance of high performance standards.
- Ensures the delivery of a calm, professional, and passenger-focused in-flight experience for all customers.
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional reliability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic operational setting.
