Job Position Summary
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers while ensuring their safety, security, and comfort throughout every flight.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere strictly to all government, DGCA, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain current knowledge of aircraft operations, safety regulations, and service circulars.

Uphold company grooming and presentation standards to represent the airline professionally.

Ensure all mandatory regulatory training, documentation, and certifications remain current.

Drive inflight sales and ancillary revenue while acting as a brand ambassador.

Deliver consistent, high-quality service, with a focus on assisting passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and families.

Manage galley operations, including handovers, sales stock, and catering requirements.

Ensure On-Time Performance through proactive cabin management and efficient service delivery.

Uphold self-discipline and follow the cabin crew code of conduct at all times.

Monitor cabin, lavatory, and galley cleanliness, while safeguarding all company equipment and supplies.

Report any operational discrepancies, non-compliances, or technical defects to the Inflight Manager.

Perform all required inflight announcements in accordance with approved protocols.

Execute all pre-flight and post-flight duties diligently.

Recommend service enhancements and cost-reduction strategies based on feedback.

Facilitate effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and coordinate seamlessly with flight deck and ground operations teams.
Candidate Requirements

Must be an Indian National holding a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.

Age requirements: 18 to 28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.

Minimum height: 155 cm for females and 167.5 cm for males (with weight in proportion).

Minimum education: 10+2 (Class 12th) pass.

Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Must be medically fit according to DGCA standards.

BMI requirements: 18–23 for females; 18–25 for males.

No visible tattoos or marks.

Must be capable of working long hours, shift rotations, and traveling extensively.
Location
Candidates must be willing to be based at any of the company's operational crew bases.
