Job Position Summary
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring their safety, security, and comfort throughout every flight.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere strictly to all government, DGCA, and company standard operating procedures.

Maintain current knowledge of aircraft operations, safety regulations, service circulars, and promotional campaigns.

Uphold company grooming and turnout standards to present a professional image at all times.

Ensure the validity and timely renewal of all mandatory regulatory training and documentation.

Promote the airline as a brand ambassador, conduct inflight sales, and drive ancillary revenue.

Deliver consistent, high-quality service, with specific attention to passengers requiring special assistance, including the elderly, those with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and families with infants.

Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and genuine care for passenger comfort.

Execute detailed galley handovers, verifying all sales stock and catering uplifts against documentation.

Foster positive public relations within the cabin to enhance the customer experience.

Contribute to the maintenance of On-Time Performance.

Practice self-discipline and adhere to the cabin crew code of conduct while prioritizing safety and security.

Manage the inspection, safeguarding, and return of company equipment, while ensuring cabin, lavatory, and galley cleanliness.

Report all operational discrepancies, non-compliances, and cabin defects to the Inflight Manager.

Deliver standard inflight announcements as authorized.

Complete all mandatory pre-flight and post-flight operational duties.

Recommend process improvements for service delivery, product enhancement, and cost reduction based on feedback.

Utilize effective CRM practices to coordinate with cockpit crew and ground support departments.
Requirements

Must be an Indian National with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
-
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.

Minimum Height: 155 cm for females and 167.5 cm for males (weight must be in proportion).

Minimum Education: 10+2 (Class 12th).

Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Must be medically fit as per DGCA standards.

BMI Requirements: 18–23 for females; 18–25 for males.
-
No visible tattoos or marks.
-
Must be willing to work long hours, shifts, and travel extensively.
Location
This position is transferable to any of the operational crew bases.
