Business Jet Captain / First Officer

Role and Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will operate the aircraft strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhering to company Operations Manuals and Aircraft Flight Manuals.
- As a member of the Flight Crew, the individual is expected to demonstrate exceptional flying proficiency, strong interpersonal communication, and effective decision-making skills, alongside the capacity to deliver the highest standard of customer care. Operating within a highly competitive market segment, providing exceptional service and possessing commercial awareness is essential. The candidate must maintain an immaculate personal presentation at all times, uphold high operational standards and safety awareness, and exhibit exceptional Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills. Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational efficiency should be instinctive.
- This is a permanent, full-time position based in the UK. The role involves operating on a fixed roster, primarily undertaking flights within the UK and Europe. However, holding a Worldwide AOC means operations outside this area may frequently be required. Consequently, prior worldwide operational experience represents a significant advantage. Due to the nature of the operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of flexibility when necessary.
Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Embraer Legacy 650 / ERJ135 type rating is essential.
- A minimum of 1000 hours total flying time.
- A background in Business / Executive VVIP aviation is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.
- High operational standards, strong safety awareness, and exceptional Crew Resource Management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Holds a valid UK and/or EASA Flight Crew Licence.
- Holds a valid UK and/or EASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.
- Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or EU.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Centrik and Leon is considered advantageous.
