Key Qualifications and Requirements for Candidates
Prospective candidates are advised to review the essential qualifications and prerequisites for this role:
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a mandatory requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided by Ravenair.
- Flight Experience: Applicants must possess, or have previously held, a Single Pilot Multi-Engine Instrument Rating. Additionally, holding, or having previously held, a Multi-Engine Piston (Land) Rating is essential.
- License Endorsements: The required licenses include Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- Issuing Authority: Licenses must be valid and issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA).
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
- English Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
- Additional Requirements: A valid UK driving license is required. Successful candidates must reside within a 60-minute commute of Liverpool or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to the specified area.
