Flexjet Europe | First Officer

Flexjet Helicopters, a premier provider of shared helicopter ownership and dynamic helicopter programs, is seeking a skilled First Officer to join its esteemed team. Based at Blackbushe, UK, this role involves flying the AW139 helicopter on a 7 on/7 off roster pattern, contributing to a commitment to safety, reliability, and luxurious travel solutions for owners and travelers across the UK and beyond.

About the Role

The First Officer is functionally responsible to the Captain for all flying duties, upholding the highest standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Flexjet Helicopters. This position involves actively supporting the Captain in maintaining professional expertise, crew discipline, and morale. The First Officer will execute assigned duties in accordance with the Company Operations Manual, contribute advice for safe and efficient flight operations, and foster an open Flight Safety culture. Responsibilities also include administrative duties, crew coordination, passenger interaction, and conducting passenger briefings.

Requirements

• Valid CPL(H)
• Instrument Rating
• 1200 hours Rotary Total Time
• Valid UK Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Hold a valid UK Passport or the Right to Work in the UK
• Ability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK and have the ability to travel in and out of Europe and to all cities/countries served by Flexjet Helicopters.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Class 1 medical is desirable
• AW139 Type Rating is desirable
• Previous experience in Commercial or Corporate aircraft is desirable
• Previous Military or North Sea experience is desirable
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Line Training.
