This is a permanent, full-time position based at London Luton. The role involves operating to a fixed roster, primarily within Europe; however, the company holds a Worldwide AOC, potentially requiring operations outside this area. Worldwide operational experience is a distinct advantage. Flexibility is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
The Aviation Professional will:
- Operate the aircraft in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the company's Operations Manual, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Demonstrate excellent flying, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills, providing the highest level of customer care.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and a strong commercial awareness, operating within a highly competitive market segment where exceptional service is essential.
- Exhibit high operational standards, safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management skills.
- Ensure customer service and operational efficiency are second nature.
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with the Operations Manual, ensuring the aircraft maintenance state remains compliant for flight.
- Coordinate team tasks to ensure satisfactory outcomes and adherence to standard and emergency procedures, both on the ground and in the air.
- Maintain thorough familiarity with the company Operations Manual, relevant law, international air legislation, and agreed aviation practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Business / Executive VVIP aviation background is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High operational standards, safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial spirit.
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- UK CAA Flight Crew License (ideally both UK and EASA FCL).
- UK Class 1 aviation medical (ideally both UK and EASA).
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Centrik and Leon would be an advantage.
- Dassault Falcon 7X Type Rating.
- A minimum of 1000 hours total time.
- English proficiency level 5 or above.
