This permanent, full-time position operates on a fixed roster of seven days on and five days off, based at Birmingham, UK. The role primarily involves flying within Europe, with potential for worldwide operations.
This position is ideal for an individual who prioritizes safety in every decision, ensuring all flights are conducted under Commercial Air Transport (Part-CAT) regulations with maximum safety margins. The successful candidate will join a Flight Crew dedicated to maintaining the highest operational and safety standards, delivering exceptional customer care, and demonstrating strong commercial awareness in a competitive market.
Responsibilities include operating the aircraft in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Company Operations Manuals, and Aircraft Flight Manuals. The role demands immaculate professional appearance, exceptional Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills, and operational efficiency. Key tasks involve coordinating and managing team tasks for safe outcomes, ensuring compliance with standard and emergency procedures, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation law and practices.
Requirements:
- EMB550 type rating
- Business/Executive VVIP aviation background preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- High operational standards, safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial spirit
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- UK CAA Flight Crew License (UK and EASA FCL ideal)
- UK Class 1 aviation medical (UK and EASA ideal)
- Minimum of 3000 hours total time
- Right to live and work in the UK
- English proficiency level 5 or above
- Flexibility for required operational needs
- Previous worldwide operational experience considered a distinct advantage
