Safety is paramount in all flight operations, with crew members receiving comprehensive training and preparation. Flights are predominantly conducted under Commercial Air Transport (Part-CAT) regulations, ensuring stringent safety margins. The ideal candidate places safety at the forefront of every decision.

This permanent, full-time position is based in Birmingham, UK. The role involves operating to a fixed roster, primarily within Europe, though worldwide operational experience is advantageous due to a Worldwide AOC. Flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company Operations Manuals, and Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Maintain aircraft maintenance state compliance for flight.
  • Coordinate team tasks to ensure satisfactory outcomes and adherence to standard and emergency procedures on the ground and in the air.
  • Maintain familiarity with the company Operations Manual, relevant national and international air legislation, and agreed aviation practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Business/Executive VVIP aviation background is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High operational standards, safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial spirit.
  • Highly organised and motivated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • UK CAA Flight Crew License (UK and EASA FCL preferred).
  • UK Class 1 aviation medical (UK and EASA preferred).
  • A minimum of 3000 hours total time.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Centrik and Leon would be an advantage.
  • English proficiency level 5 or above.
