Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive cadet training in strict accordance with approved operations and training manuals.

Conduct engaging flight simulation sessions, including thorough pre-flight briefings and constructive post-flight debriefings.

Diligent monitoring of cadet progress, providing detailed feedback, and recommending supplementary training as necessary to ensure optimal development.

Meticulous maintenance of all training records, reports, and adherence to strict confidentiality protocols.

Ensure the diligent implementation of Airbus and Air Arabia procedures within all aspects of the training programs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current aviation regulations, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and human factors principles.

Uphold valid pilot licenses and required certifications.

Champion and promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the training program.
Minimum Qualifications

Must hold or have previously held an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL), or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Airbus A320 Type Rating.

Possess a minimum of 1500 flight hours on Multi-Pilot Aircraft.

Must have successfully completed an Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) proficiency check within the 12 months preceding the application date.
