Aviation Pilot Position
Advanced Air, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1000 hours total flight time
- 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
- 50 hours multi-engine fixed-wing experience
- Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land rating
- 500 hours cross-country flight time
- 100 hours night time flight time
- 75 hours instrument flight time, with at least 50 hours in actual flight
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificates
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of an oral/written exam administered by a FAA-approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman, or a representative of the Administrator within the preceding 12 calendar months (FAR 135.293(a)).
- Successful completion of a competency check in the type of airplane within the preceding 12 calendar months, conducted by a FAA-approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman or an FAA Inspector (FAR 135.293(b)).
- Completion of the 6-month IFR proficiency check administered by an FAA inspector or a FAA-approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman (FAR 135.297).
- Demonstration of enroute, arrival, and departure procedures by completing an enroute check (FAR 135.299) with an FAA inspector or a FAA-approved Advanced Air, LLC Check Airman.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations.
- Thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures.
