About Fly4

Fly4 is an innovative aviation startup, a joint venture between the established operators TUI and Enter Air. This collaboration provides a robust foundation, offering substantial resources and a rapidly expanding flight network. Cabin Crew Members are employed by AAP Aviation to operate flights for Fly4. The crew is based in the UK, primarily operating Boeing 737 aircraft on ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) operations for diverse clients, including TUI and Enter Air. Given the dynamic nature of ACMI operations, a high degree of flexibility is essential. Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, upholding the highest standards of inflight service. This includes strict adherence to safety protocols, effective communication with colleagues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates for the Cabin Crew Member position must meet the following essential requirements:

• A minimum of High School education or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both oral and written English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the service or healthcare industry is considered advantageous.
• Physical attributes include a height between 160 cm and 190 cm, an arm reach of 2 meters, and the ability to meet all physical demands associated with safety-related duties. Good eyesight (visual acuity of +/- 0.7 with or without corrections) is also required.
• Must be medically fit for certification, including successful completion of drug and alcohol testing.
• The ability to adhere strictly to uniform regulations.
• Possession of a valid EU/UK Passport, granting unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and enabling unrestricted worldwide travel.
• The capability to reach the airport within a 60-minute call-out timeframe.
• A clean criminal record is required, and candidates must be willing to undergo a comprehensive 5-year background check during the employment process.
