Virgin Australia is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its award-winning Cabin Crew team in Australia. This role involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering exceptional service onboard the airline's aircraft, contributing to the airline's reputation for creating positive travel experiences.
Cabin Crew members are responsible for welcoming passengers, conducting safety briefings, and providing comprehensive service throughout the flight. This includes assisting passengers with special needs and ensuring a positive experience for all, including unaccompanied minors. The role requires teamwork, adaptability to new environments and people, and the ability to manage unforeseen situations calmly and confidently. Cabin crew will also be expected to work a 24/7 rotating roster and be comfortable with animals travelling on board.
Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare (carer, nurse), hotel services, or retail assistant roles are considered suitable experience for this Cabin Crew position.
