About the Role
As a solo Flight Attendant, the successful candidates will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering personalized service. This role involves managing in-flight services, conducting equipment and security checks, making announcements, providing food and beverage service, and handling various cabin situations autonomously. The position offers a dynamic work environment with varied duties, a great team spirit, and the opportunity to travel to unique Australian destinations. The role involves shift work, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and occasional nights away from home, contributing to a rewarding work-life balance.
Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older.

Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Be no taller than 173 cm.

Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).

Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, completed within the last 3 years.

Demonstrate one of the following:

Completed a minimum of 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand.

Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years.

Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years.

Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.

Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which includes a police security check.

Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or a floating device (a swim assessment is mandatory).

Be flexible and adaptable to varied working hours, including holidays and peak periods.

Maintain a high level of personal presentation.
