Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting passengers onboard and during disembarkation.

Delivering comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring passenger adherence.

Providing excellent customer service to all guests, including those with special needs and unaccompanied minors.

Collaborating with team members to create a positive onboard environment.

Managing unexpected situations, such as weather delays or emergencies, with composure and confidence.
Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

A minimum of three years of prior full-time or part-time employment in roles focused on customer care or people assistance.

A valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

A current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.

Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.

Comfortable with the presence of cats and dogs travelling on board.

Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
Qualifications
