About the Role
Virgin Australia is seeking to recruit motivated Cabin Crew members to join its award-winning team in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional service onboard Virgin Australia aircraft, contributing to the airline's commitment to creating outstanding travel experiences.
Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting passengers during boarding and disembarking.

Delivering comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring passenger adherence.

Providing high-quality service to all guests, including those with special needs and unaccompanied minors.

Collaborating effectively within a team environment to meet passenger needs.

Maintaining composure and confidence under pressure, particularly during irregular operations or emergencies.
Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

At least three years of prior employment in full-time or part-time roles with a focus on customer care.

Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity.

Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Possession of a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.

Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.

Comfortable with the presence of animals, such as cats and dogs, onboard aircraft.

Ability to reach a height of 180 cm.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel industries is highly regarded.
