Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Attributes
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a minimum height of 158 cm, in compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering strictly to Flydubai’s esteemed grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Must be in excellent health and capable of successfully passing a comprehensive aero-medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Exhibit confidence in water, including the ability to swim while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Show willingness and flexibility to work irregular hours, which include weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding service.
- Display respect, adaptability, and a strong desire to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Possess a strong safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations.

Education & Professional Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Training Investment
A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 (or AED 9,700) is applicable for the initial year of employment.
Remuneration Structure
- Total Fixed Remuneration: AED 8,275 per month, comprising a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance.
- Variable Flying Pay: An average monthly earning of approximately AED 4,500, based on an average of 90 flying hours.

Information Security Responsibilities (ISR)
All Cabin Crew members are mandated to read and rigorously comply with the Company’s ISR (Information Security) policies. They are responsible for diligently reporting any identified weaknesses or security incidents to their respective Line Manager or the dedicated Information Security team. Furthermore, completion of all required ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations are compulsory.
