Role Objective
The primary objective of the First Officer is to serve diligently as the Second in Command, ensuring the paramount safety and operational efficiency of the aircraft during all phases of flight, including normal and non-normal situations, under the comprehensive direction of the Aircraft Commander or Captain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides essential assistance and continuous professional input to the Captain, ensuring all flights are conducted with the utmost safety and operational efficiency.
- Serves as a dedicated brand ambassador for the airline, upholding the highest personal standards of discipline, professional conduct, and immaculate appearance while on duty.
- Demonstrates responsibility for the welfare, safety, and duty of care owed to both flight crew members and valued customers.
- Supports the Commander in rigorous pre-flight preparations, including verifying appropriate fueling levels, accurate baggage/cargo loading, and essential aircraft servicing.
- Executes all assigned duties precisely, adhering strictly to the specific instructions and comprehensive procedures detailed within the airline's official Operations Manuals.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants must meet specific Type Rated requirements: Endorsement on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) aircraft within the last 24 months.
- A minimum of 1,500 Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) hours of flying time is required.
- A minimum of 500 hours specifically on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft is required.
- Must demonstrate fluent proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).

Information Security Responsibilities (ISR)
The First Officer is required to diligently read and comply with all Company ISR (Information Security Responsibility) policies. The role mandates prompt reporting of any security weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the dedicated Information Security team. The candidate must successfully complete all mandated ISR awareness sessions and adhere rigorously to associated guidelines throughout day-to-day business operations.
