Minimum Candidate Specifications
Applicants must satisfy the following essential criteria to be considered for pilot roles within the organization:
- The candidate must possess a valid EASA (frozen) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)).
- Must hold a current and valid EASA Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR).
- Possession of a current, unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Demonstrated English language proficiency (ICAO ELP) at Level 4 or higher.
- The applicant must possess the unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union (EU) or Schengen Area.
- A verifiable COVID-19 vaccination certificate is a requirement for employment in this operational capacity.
- The successful candidate must be capable of working safely and reliably within a demanding 24/7 flight schedule, including mandatory night shift duties.
Highly Desirable Attributes
The following experience or qualifications are considered significant advantages for applicants:
- Prior professional experience in cargo or freight aviation operations.
- A current ATR type rating and demonstrated experience operating the aircraft type.
