Invitations are extended to a select group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with the organization's core values. Recruitment Day Information
Candidates are advised to review the following requirements, as compliance will be assessed during the recruitment event. Punctuality is essential; candidates should arrive promptly, prepared for the process to extend until late afternoon.
- Required Documents: Bring your passport and, if applicable, your Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code. British passport holders require only their passport.
- English CV: An updated English CV with an ID photo is mandatory.
- Dress Code: Business attire is required.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event irrespective of the base for which they are applying.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
As a Wizz Air flight attendant, responsibilities encompass:
- Prioritizing both safety and exceptional customer care.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with Company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
- Providing a warm welcome and attentive assistance to passengers throughout their flight.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Candidates
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Have the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate, ensuring timely arrival for work schedules.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
