The Role
As a pivotal member of the Cabin Crew, the Flight Attendant serves as the face of the airline, ensuring an exceptional passenger experience and upholding paramount safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and execute both safety and customer care aspects of every flight.
- Perform all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to the Company’s operational policies and procedures.
- Efficiently manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Provide a warm welcome and comprehensive assistance to passengers throughout their journey.

- Commence employment with a contract and compensation from the first day of comprehensive training.
Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
- Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Be proficient in swimming.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement Status, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base and commit to this commute based on the work schedule.
- Ensure that no tattoos or piercings are visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality, enjoying interaction with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Please Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
