Recruitment Days:
We are constantly recruiting. Registration for recruitment events is required. Due to limited capacity, these events are invitation-only. Invitations will be extended to a select group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with our organizational values one week prior to the event. Candidates not selected will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day – Good to Know:
Compliance with the listed requirements will be verified during the recruitment event. Punctuality is essential, and the process may extend into the late afternoon.
Required Documents:
- Passport (British Passport holders, your passport is sufficient) plus your Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable)
- Updated English CV with ID photo
Dress Code: Business Attire
Applicants may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and provide assistance during the flight.
- Adhere to our core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

- Receive a contract and payment from day one of training.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and preparedness to commute according to the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on visible parts of the body while wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Please note that candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses and whose prescription is above +4 or below -4, may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
