Pilot Recruitment Assistant Student

The Pilot Recruitment Assistant Student will support the recruitment team in various administrative and operational tasks related to pilot recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-screening pilot applicants.
- Supporting event attendance by booking flight tickets and accommodation.
- Assisting with pilot recruitment events onsite in Budapest and other European cities.
- Performing administrative and other ad-hoc tasks to support the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in university studies within an aviation-related field.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
- Must be available to work at the Budapest Headquarters and Training Center.
- Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for at least 6 months.
