Pilot - B737/G650
SpaceX is seeking a qualified Pilot to join its aviation team. This full-time, remote position based in Texas (TX) involves flying various aircraft, including the Boeing 737 and Gulfstream G650, for domestic and international assignments. The role requires the Pilot to operate from local airports and manage all aspects of flight preparation and execution.
About the Role
The Pilot will be responsible for overseeing aircraft servicing, meticulous flight planning, and conducting essential passenger and operational risk briefings. This role emphasizes a commitment to safety, compliance, and efficient operations, utilizing advanced briefing methodologies to mitigate risks.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

Minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time.

Valid first-class medical certificate.

Ability to reside within a 2–4 hour travel radius of AUS.

Availability for on-call duties.

Possession of a current passport.

Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.

Must meet U.S. export control regulations, being a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations.
Qualifications

Boeing 737 type rating is preferred.

Gulfstream G650 type rating is preferred.

A minimum of 500 hours of flight time in a Boeing 737 or Gulfstream G650 is preferred.
Flight Experience
