About the Role

The B737 Captain will join a rapidly expanding airline focused on enhancing regional connectivity across West, Central, and Southern Africa. This permanent hire opportunity involves flying a modern B737 fleet on scheduled passenger services. The contract is for an initial 2-year term, with renewal options available.

Requirements

• Valid ICAO ATPL
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• B737 NG and/or MAX Type Rating
• Minimum 5,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on multi-crew turbine aircraft
• B737 operational experience
• Ideally, last flight on type within the last 12 months

Terms and Benefits

• Contract Length: 02 years renewable

• Remuneration: USD 7,745 net per month
• Guaranteed Flying Hours: 70 hours per month
• Overtime: USD 44/hour
• Sector Allowance: USD 15/leg
• Per Diem: USD 68
• Roster: Includes 3 days of post-flight rest per month and 5 consecutive rest days.
• Annual Leave: 30 days
• Accommodation and meals provided during training, plus 20 days of accommodation post-release.
