A prominent pan-African airline, operating a modern fleet of B737 aircraft across West, Central, and Southern Africa, is seeking experienced B737 First Officers. This is a permanent, 2-year renewable contract position based in West Africa, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• B737 NG and/or MAX Type Rating
• Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew aircraft
• Recent multi-crew jet experience is preferred
• Last flight on type ideally within the last 12 months

Terms and Conditions

• Contract length: 02 years renewable
• Immediate start
• Location: West Africa
• Remuneration: USD 5,530 net per month
• Guaranteed Flying Hours: 70 hours per month
• Overtime: USD 39/hour
• Sector Allowance: USD 10/leg
• Per Diem: USD 51
• Roster: 3 days of post-flight rest per month; 5 consecutive rest days
• Benefits include annual leave, accommodation and meals during training, medical insurance, travel benefits, and bonuses.
