Key Responsibilities:
A Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. This includes:
- Maintaining a strong focus on both safety protocols and exceptional customer care standards.
- Executing on-board and ground duties strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales operations and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Providing a warm welcome to passengers and offering assistance as needed during the flight.
- Acting consistently with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing actively as part of a dedicated team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Possesses an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Holds a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Holds a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining) and possesses the legal right to live and work in the country applying for a base in.
- Is able to swim proficiently.
- Resides or is prepared to relocate within a 60-minute radius of their chosen base and is able to commute according to the work schedule.
- Does not have tattoos and/or piercings located on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Is an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting and working with people.
- Candidates should be advised that if they wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4, they may encounter challenges passing the mandatory medical examination.
