About the Role

Recruitment Day Information

• Candidates are advised to carefully review all requirements before attending.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and customer care onboard.
• Perform all on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contribute to a team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

• A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The legal right to work in Montenegro without employer sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The right to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to swim.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, and be prepared for commute based on work schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic and people-oriented.
• Note: Prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses above +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
