Job Overview

Recruitment Day Information

• Compliance with listed requirements will be checked during the recruitment event.
• Candidates should arrive punctually, and the process may extend until late afternoon.
• An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
• Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, they may be rejected.
• All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to the event at their own expense.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safety and customer care.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers during flights.

Requirements

• Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Montenegro without employer sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree.
• Legal authorization to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, ensuring timely arrival for work schedules.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
• Note: Prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
