Wing Aviation, a leading provider of comprehensive aviation services including aircraft charter, management, and brokerage, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Phenom 300 (EMB-505) aircraft based in Conroe, Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and command the Phenom 300 (EMB-505) aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
- Effectively communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and other relevant personnel.
- Adhere to a rigorous safety program and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required Certifications and Licenses:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- First Class Medical Certificate
Experience Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience as a pilot.
- Airman Certificate: ATP/CMEL
- Ratings: Appropriate PIC Type Rating
- Medical Certificate: First-Class Medical
- Total Flight Time: 2000 hours
- PIC Time: 1000 hours
- Multi Engine Land: 100 hours
- Time in Type: 200 hours
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to make proactive decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a valid First-Class Medical certificate.
- Strong understanding and adherence to 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 Operations, FAA Regulations, Aircraft Flight and Equipment manuals, and other relevant information.
- Excellent customer service skills, fostering positive interactions with passengers and colleagues.
- Adaptability to an evolving regulatory environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local candidates with appropriate ratings and currency are preferred.
