The Role:
Working as a Cabin Crew member involves a strong focus on both safety and customer care. Responsibilities include performing essential duties on board and on the ground in compliance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a warm smile, and assisting them throughout their journey. Cabin Crew are expected to act in accordance with core company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The role is part of a large, enthusiastic team of aviation professionals. Successful candidates will be contracted and remunerated from their first day of training.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside within or be prepared to relocate to within 90 minutes of their chosen base and be able to make this journey according to their work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
