Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and execute both safety and customer care duties to the highest standards.
- Perform required onboard and ground tasks in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Welcome passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Act in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contribute to a team environment alongside over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Be contracted and receive payment from the first day of training.
Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with no limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside within or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base, ready to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable to their travel requirements.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription outside the range of +4 to -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
