Position Overview
Vista America is seeking an experienced, professional First Officer to operate managed aircraft. Reporting to the VP of Flight Operations, the successful candidate will provide iconic, luxury service while managing a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 operations. As a brand ambassador, the First Officer must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to flight operations.
Pilot Requirements

ATP rating.
-
Type rating and experience in a Global aircraft (preferred).

Minimum 2,500 hours of fixed-wing flight time, including 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).

Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time.

Minimum 300 hours logged IFR.

Jet experience required.

Demonstrated Part 91/135 operational experience.

No more than two checkride failures.

Currency requirements: 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.

Valid First Class Medical Certificate.

Clean safety record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.

Must meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations with multi-pilot crews.

Must possess authorization to travel to and from all international destinations served by the Vista Family of Companies.

Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $130,000.

Schedule: 21/9 rotation.
