This opportunity is specifically for a Gulfstream G550 aircraft, requiring a permanent base at KBDR.

Flying operations will encompass a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate all required emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen systems, and automated external defibrillators.
- Meticulously document all cabin maintenance issues with the Pilot in Command.
- Brief and assist passengers with aircraft convenience systems, such as entertainment and high-speed data.
- Assist passengers with stowing carry-on baggage.
- Facilitate passenger seating, including arrangements for adults, children, passengers with disabilities, and those requiring restraint systems.
- Plan, order, prepare, and expertly serve all meals and beverages.
- Demonstrate proficiency in serving and handling common allergens including fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts. Duties may involve proximity to animals and exposure to smoking environments.
- Develop standard stock levels and identify vendors for aircraft cabin, lavatory, and galley supplies.
- Ensure the aircraft is prepared to exacting specifications prior to each flight, including cabin cleanliness and proper servicing of water and lavatory systems.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight checks of all cabin safety equipment.
- Provide calm and decisive assistance and command of the cabin during aircraft emergencies, medical events, or evacuations.
- Support the flight crew with various safety-related tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in private or commercial aviation (First or Business Class cabin) or in high-end luxury service sectors.
- Must possess a US passport or Green Card, granting legal authorization to live and work in the USA.
- Ability to obtain a second passport and necessary crew visas is required.
- Must have the legal right to travel without restriction to and from all countries served by Vista America.
- Hold a valid US Driver’s License.
- Exhibit high flexibility and a proven capacity for creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to calmly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
- Possess a passion for delivering 5-star customer service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Articulate communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages and international cultural experience are considered advantageous.
- Successfully assist in the deployment of a life raft weighing approximately 60 pounds.
- Ability to lift, open, and manipulate aircraft door and window exits, which can weigh up to 130 pounds.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and designated days off.
