Vista America, an operating partner of Vista – the world's leading global business aviation company – is seeking an experienced First Officer (FO) to serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on a managed aircraft. This pivotal role, preferably based in KHOU, involves a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 operations, offering the opportunity to deliver iconic, luxury service primarily flying Global aircraft.
About the Role
As a First Officer with Vista America, the successful candidate will be a vital member of a global team, delivering unparalleled service and operational excellence. This role requires a skilled Second-in-Command who excels as a problem-solver and a brand ambassador, consistently providing luxury service to passengers. The First Officer will operate managed aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and will report directly to the VP of Flight Operations.
Requirements

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rated

Type rating and experience in Global aircraft (preferred)

2,500 hours fixed-wing flight time

1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time

500 hours multi-engine flight time
-
300 hours logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time

Jet aircraft experience required
-
Experience with Part 91 and Part 135 operations

No more than 2 checkride failures
-
150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days

30 hours flight time in the previous 90 days

Current First Class Medical Certificate
-
No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years

Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot

Authorization to travel to and from all cities/countries served by the Vista Family of Companies
