Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and farewell guests onboard our aircraft, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive safety briefings, ensuring the well-being of all passengers.
- Provide outstanding service to all guests, catering to diverse needs and exceeding expectations.
- Effectively assist guests with special requirements, including unaccompanied minors, delivering a personalized and supportive experience.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, embracing the opportunity to meet new people daily.
- Demonstrate exceptional composure and problem-solving skills, confidently handling unexpected situations, including weather-related disruptions, delays, and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of prior employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on customer service or caring for individuals.
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining.
- Possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Hold a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Be available to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, encompassing early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Reach a height of at least 180cm.
