Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests onboard and bidding them farewell upon arrival.
- Delivering comprehensive and clear safety briefings, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Providing exceptional service to all guests, catering to individual needs and ensuring a delightful journey.
- Assisting passengers with special needs and providing attentive care to unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team and fostering positive interactions with diverse individuals.
- Remaining calm and confident in handling unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays, emergencies, and other unexpected situations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- At least 3 years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on customer service or caregiving.
- Valid passport with a minimum of 18 months remaining.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Height requirement: 180cm (5'11").
