Position Summary: Phenom 300 Pilot

Vantage Aviation is actively recruiting a highly skilled and safety-conscious Pilot to operate the Phenom 300 aircraft. This pivotal role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all flights, ensuring strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, company policies, and the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach, coupled with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in full compliance with FAA regulations and established company policies.
  • Perform all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including comprehensive flight planning, detailed weather analysis, and thorough aircraft inspections.
  • Verify the airworthiness and operational readiness of the aircraft for each mission, meticulously managing fuel planning and conducting precise weight and balance calculations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout each flight operation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all required flight logs, operational reports, and records.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service to passengers, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and maintaining the highest degree of discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with co-pilots (where applicable), maintenance teams, and operations staff to ensure seamless flight readiness.
  • Sustain current qualifications and proficiency in all required aircraft systems, regulatory knowledge, and operational procedures through continuous training and recurrent evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Hold a current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • A Phenom 300 Type Rating is preferred; alternatively, a willingness to obtain the type rating through company-sponsored training is required.

Minimum Flight Experience Requirements

  • 3,000 total flight hours.
  • 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • 250 hours PIC in Phenom 300 is preferred.
  • 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine experience.
  • Experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and aviation safety protocols.
  • Hold a valid U.S. passport and be eligible for unrestricted international travel.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Possess a strong customer service orientation and the capacity for discretion when interacting with high-net-worth individuals or managing sensitive operations.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel frequently, including extended overnight stays and international itineraries.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duty, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
  • Capability to assist with the lifting and loading of baggage or equipment as required.
  • Comfort working for extended periods within an aircraft cockpit environment.
